Salary: 180 - 200 PLN/h + VAT (B2B) 

Seniority: Senior / Expert

🚀 Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Architect, you will stand at the intersection of business and advanced MarTech. Your goal will be to design solutions based on the Synerise platform, tailored to the needs of Enterprise clients in Retail, E-commerce, Telco, and Banking. This role combines architectural expertise with business consulting, specifically focusing on loyalty programs, personalization, and omnichannel customer engagement.

You will be a key partner to the sales team during the discovery, demo, and PoC/MVP conceptualization phases.


🛠 Your Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Consulting: Leading discovery workshops, defining requirements, and translating business needs into Synerise-based architecture.

  • Solution Architecture: Designing end-to-end solutions including CDP (Customer 360), advanced loyalty programs (gamification, tiers, rewards), and real-time personalization.

  • Integration & Cloud: Defining integrations with POS, E-commerce, CRM, and ERP systems within Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud models.

  • Demo & PoC: Preparing and conducting technical/business presentations and Proof of Concepts for key loyalty use cases.

  • Documentation: Co-creating proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), and ensuring data security standards (PII, GDPR) are met.


🎯 Requirements (Must Have)

  • MarTech Experience: Practical knowledge of CDP platforms, Marketing Automation, or Loyalty Engines (Synerise experience is a plus, but expertise in Salesforce MC, Adobe, or similar is also welcome).

  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Experience in designing systems based on microservices, REST APIs, and event streaming.

  • Loyalty Expertise: Proven track record in designing point/status programs and personalized campaigns at scale (millions of users).

  • Communication & Storytelling: Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and present the business value of complex technologies ("Architectural Storytelling").

  • Data & Analytics: Understanding of customer data models, segmentation, scoring, and propensity models.


⭐ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of architectural standards (e.g., TOGAF).

  • Experience with log analysis and real-time data tools (e.g., Kibana).

  • Cloud or Architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Experience in RFP/Tender processes and international projects.
