Peoplesoft Consultant

We are looking for PeopleSoft Consultant!

Our client is migrating off of PeopleSoft onto Workday and this role is supporting the current system during the transition.

100% remote

You can work part-time or full-time

Responsibilities:

1.      Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional requirements for PeopleSoft modules.

2.      Resolve of functional team production issues on a timely basis.

3.      Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

4.      Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and integrity of PeopleSoft applications.

5.      Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PeopleSoft systems, including bug fixes and enhancements.

6.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to deliver PeopleSoft solutions on time and in line with SOX protocol.

7.      Stay updated with PeopleSoft technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2.      Proven experience of at least 4 to 6 years in PeopleSoft techno-functional roles, including configuration, customization, and support of PeopleSoft modules.

3.      Proficiency and strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, including Core HR and Payroll.

4.      Experience and familiarity with HCM integrations.

5.      Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, tools, and technologies, such as Application Designer, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.

6.      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

7.      Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft, such as PeopleSoft Certified Implementation Specialist, are a plus.
