🏢 Project Context

We are looking for a Lead Architect to design and implement a complex platform based on Plugin Architecture. The goal is to create a unified ecosystem serving three distinct business views:

1. Customer Portal (for debtors).

2. Mobile CRM for Field Agents (Tablet app).

3. CRM for Call Center Agents.

The solution will be based on NX Monorepo architecture (Angular + .NET) to ensure high component reusability, consistency, and efficient management of multiple applications within a single repository.

💼 Your Responsibilities

You will be the "brain" behind the operation, responsible for technical vision, standards, and governance.

• Architecture: Designing the entire plugin platform architecture and defining modularity principles.

• Governance: Establishing software development standards, security policies (Entra ID), and governance for teams in Poland and abroad.

• Strategy: Leading the Discovery phase, architectural workshops, building the technical roadmap, and managing the architectural backlog.

• Collaboration: Coordinating decisions with the Product Owner and development teams (Poland, Spain, Italy, Romania).

• Education: Communicating standards, preparing technical documentation, and conducting training for developers.

  
  

✅ Key Competencies

• Architecture: Deep knowledge of Monorepo architectures (NX) and platform/plugin solutions. Experience in designing large-scale Enterprise systems.

• Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of Angular and .NET, as well as API and integration concepts.

• Security: Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Leadership: Experience in leading workshops, defining roadmaps, and coordinating work in an international environment.

• Language: Fluent English is a must for technical and business communication.

• Experience in migrating projects to monorepo architecture or refactoring existing architectures into plugin-based solutions.
