📌 About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Visualization Engineer to join an international team developing data applications and interactive analytics tools for large-scale trading systems.In this role, you’ll design and implement data visualizations, build reliable data pipelines, and contribute to the development of production-grade data services used by global financial institutions.
💼 Your Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data visualizations.
• Present front-end mock-ups effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and operate data applications on Tradeweb’s data platform using public cloud infrastructure and modern technologies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines — define schemas, create DAG workflows, and monitor data quality.
• Manage and support mission-critical production services.
✅ Must Have
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or front-end development.
• Solid programming experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong hands-on experience building data visualizations with Streamlit, Plotly, or Dash.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and web application security.
• Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, WebSockets, and gRPC.
• Experience with Kafka, Spark, Airflow/Prefect, Pandas/Polars, or similar tools.
• Experience with AWS or GCP (S3/GCS, EC2/GCE, IAM, etc.), Kubernetes, and Linux in production.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.

• Experience building custom visualization libraries for Streamlit.
• Automated testing of web applications.
• Performance optimization and scalability improvements.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience in financial services or fintech.
