🏢 Project Context

You will join the Omnichannel Tribe at a leading financial institution. You will be working on the development of key banking applications (Online, Mobile, and Kids' apps). These products are live and actively used by millions of customers. The project involves implementing new features as well as refactoring and business improvements to existing solutions.

Your role will focus on the Investment Products and Brokerage Services area within mobile and online channels.

💼 Your Responsibilities

You will combine analytical skills with Product Owner support and quality assurance.

• Analysis & Requirements: Designing business processes (BPMN/UML), analyzing requirements for mobile applications (iOS, Android, KMP/CMP).

• Backlog Management: Supporting the Product Owner in managing the development team's backlog and task prioritization.

• Technical Skills: Reading and analyzing APIs, verifying technical documentation.

• Quality Assurance: Creating test scenarios and performing manual testing of functionalities.

• Tools: Working with designs in Figma (inspect/view only), creating diagrams in draw.io, documentation in Confluence/Jira.

  
  

✅ Key Competencies

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or Business-System Analyst.

• Mobile Specialization: Experience in developing mobile applications in native technologies (iOS, Android) or KMP/CMP.

• Sector: Experience in the banking sector.

• Hard Skills:

  • Ability to read API documentation.

  • Knowledge of BPMN/UML notation.

  • Experience in writing test scenarios and testing.

• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, draw.io, and ability to work with Figma (non-design role).

• English: Level allowing for work with technical documentation.

• Experience in analyzing investment processes.
