Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Analyst in this project, you will:

• Collaborate with process owners to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and customer service improvement.

• Communicate objectives, requirements, and scope to stakeholders.

• Conduct quantitative analysis, including cost-benefit and what-if scenarios.

• Plan organizational change processes and support transition roadmaps.

• Implement performance monitoring systems and support development of strategic and tactical plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and document business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business needs, requirements, and user stories.

• Support product owners and business experts in defining requirements and during software development.

• Maintain and track requirements throughout the system lifecycle.

• Analyse existing systems, identify solution options, and support business cases and feasibility studies.

• Contribute to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.

• Design, validate, and test business processes for continuous improvement and excellence.

• Coach staff on upcoming changes and support skill/process transitions.

Requirements:

• ICT relevant degree

• At least 2 certifications among:• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent• or equivalent certifications recognized internationally

• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation

• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis

• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)

• Proficiency in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively

• Problem solving skills

• Experience in a project aimed business processes improvement or redesign

• Experience in the role of Business Analyst in a project aimed at analysis, design, implementation and deployment of ICT Solution that enabled multilevel, multistakeholder reporting

• Experience in preparing and conducting market studies/research

• Experience in business change management

• Experience in business architecture (organization, value streams, capabilities, business processes, information) modeling and/or analysis

• Being familiar with formal business process management methods such as Lean, Six Sigma

• Being familiar with the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework
