Automation Tester

We are looking for an Automation Tester!

Rate: 100-120/h net + VAT (B2B)

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Responsibilities:

• Continuously automate new test cases and maintain the automation code repository according to best practices.

• Manage daily test automation runs, including execution and results review.

• Provide continuous fixes and necessary code changes.

• Plan and execute regression tests for each release.

• Support the team by promptly identifying and sharing information about defects.

• Report, handle, and verify defects.

• Identify new scenarios for automation.

• Work actively with the team to ensure high-quality delivery.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with Java for test coding.

• 3+ years of experience in API Automation Testing (REST, SOAP).

• 5+ years of experience working with and maintaining remote Git repositories.

• 3+ years of experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar, e.g., HP ALM).

• A tester mindset with strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence; SAFe experience is a plus.

• General testing knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level.

• Good communication skills in English (B2 or higher) and experience in an international environment.

• Tools: Visual Studio/IntelliJ, GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Swagger, Jira, qTest, Maven.

• Frameworks: Selenium, Playwright.

Nice to have:

• Work experience in the Financial industry.

• Experience with Playwright for UI test automation
