Adobe Analytics Specialist

📍 Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – preferably 2–3 days/week in the office)
💰 Rate: up to PLN 130/hour (B2B)
📅 Project duration: Long-term cooperation (minimum 12 months)

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Specialist to join an international project at the intersection of analytics, e-commerce, product, and marketing. In this role, you will help stakeholders better understand customer behavior, deliver actionable insights, and drive data-informed optimization initiatives across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage analytics measurement across digital channels.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze experiment results.

• Analyze customer journeys, user behavior, and engagement metrics.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to support digital growth initiatives.

• Ensure data quality and consistency across analytics implementations.

• Translate business questions into meaningful analytical reports and recommendations.
  

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience with Adobe Analytics.

• Hands-on experience implementing and working with Adobe Analytics solutions.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and web analytics.

• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.

• Experience working with Tableau or Power BI will be an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of analytics initiatives.
  

Nice to have

• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms.

• Knowledge of customer journey analysis and conversion optimization.

• Experience working in international environments.

• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
