Project Overview

You’ll join a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up that is transforming how modern FMCG brands capture, manage, and act on field sales data. As a Solution Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and customer success: designing integrations, building PoCs, shaping data flows, and guiding customers through smooth, secure implementations. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role where your work directly influences how global consumer brands operate in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, define solution architecture, and design integration patterns.

• Build PoCs, demos, and integration accelerators to validate concepts and speed up delivery.

• Guide customers through onboarding and implementation, including auth, data models, and environment setup.

• Act as the API & data expert: design mappings, sync strategies, and troubleshoot early integrations.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, Sales, and Customer Success throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of delivered solutions (incl. ISO 27001 best practices).Create reusable assets: documentation, guides, scripts, and integration templates.

• Track implementation outcomes and continuously improve processes, tooling, and best practices.

• Stay up to date with modern API, integration, iPaaS, and AI trends to enhance delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Full-Stack/Integration Engineering).

• Strong coding skills in at least two of: TypeScript/Node.js, Python, C#/.NET.

• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication (OAuth2/OIDC, API keys), and webhooks.

• Hands-on experience with integration and workflow tools (iPaaS, low-code/no-code, Make, Zapier, Workato, etc.).

• Confidence working with data pipelines, mappings, and syncs (JSON, CSV, retries, async/sync flows).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; strong in discovery, clarity, and troubleshooting.

• Good awareness of security, reliability, and compliance best practices (incl. handling PII and ISO 27001 alignment).

• Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay current with modern API, integration, and platform trends.

• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)

Nice to Have

• Experience with React or Vue for building demo UIs.

• Knowledge of AWS/GCP, serverless, containers, and CI workflows.

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP/BI systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite, BigQuery).

• Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions for automation.

• Practical use of AI/LLMs for improving documentation, support, or integration workflows.
