Project Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Front-end leaning), you will join a product-focused engineering team building and scaling a FinTech platform. The role is full-stack, but with deeper expertise expected on the front-end (Vue + modern UI engineering). You’ll work in a cloud-native environment with microservices and event-driven systems, with a strong emphasis on clean code, testing, and observability.We actively embrace AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and improve quality, and we encourage engineers to use these tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve production-grade user interfaces using Vue and modern front-end tooling.

• Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and NestJS (or equivalent).

• Contribute to microservices design, event-driven communication, and integration patterns.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver features end-to-end.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, maintainability, and performance.

• Improve observability (logging/metrics/tracing) and participate in diagnosing production issues.

• Leverage AI coding assistants responsibly to speed up delivery while keeping engineering standards high.

• Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering practices.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience building production systems using Node.js/ TypeScript.

• Hands-on, commercial experience creating UIs in Vue (and modern front-end ecosystem/tooling).

• Solid understanding of cloud-native engineering (GCP preferred, other clouds ok).

• Experience with microservices, messaging patterns, and distributed systems.

• A commitment to clean code, automated tests, and observability.

• Proactive, delivery-oriented mindset: build, ship, iterate.

• Interest in AI-powered products and willingness to learn and improve continuously.

• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1).

• Nice to have: Experience with Python + FastAPI
