Project Overview
You’ll join a team as a Senior Power Platform Specialist, supporting the Centre of Excellence for Power Platform solutions. The platform drives insight, automation, and analytics across the business, enabling data-driven decision-making. You will support governance, development standards, and adoption of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring solutions are scalable, well-governed, and deliver real business value.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
Establish and maintain governance, development standards, deployment guidelines, and certification for Power Platform solutions.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate requirements with business stakeholders.
Provide design assurance for Power BI visualizations and Power Apps solutions.
Enable self-service analytics and automation for business teams in collaboration with data architects and engineers.
Support Power Platform champions, facilitate community engagement, and run internal/external training to grow analytical skills across the business.
Work in agile, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams.
Requirements
Min. 5 years’ experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
Strong expertise in Power BI dataflows, datasets, reports, semantic models, and dashboards.
Experience building model-driven and canvas Power Apps using Dataverse.
Experience automating business processes with Power Automate.
API/REST integration experience.
Proficient in DAX and SQL; Azure knowledge is a plus.
Experience working in agile projects.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
Microsoft certifications and/or undergraduate degree in a related field.
Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
