Mid/Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Our Partner leverages expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and extensive knowledge of the fintech industry to help clients achieve unprecedented efficiency. We are currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team of developers and play a key role in scaling products and delivering exceptional solutions to prestigious clients in the fintech industry, using cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and cloud technologies (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy robust, scalable applications using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with software engineers, NLP engineers, product managers, business analysts, and designers.
• Work at the intersection of GenAI, LLM, and proprietary NLP models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing applications in Node.js.
• Experience with TypeScript, React.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience working with API integrations.
• Experience with LLM and GenAI.
• Understanding of NLP principles related to model development and evaluation.
• Experience with text and speech processing.
• Understanding of DAGs and data flows.
• Excellent command of English at B2+/C1 level, and communicative Polish.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Python.
• Advanced NLP skills.
• Basic understanding of financial services.
