Junior AI Specialist

Contract: B2B or Contract of Mandate (Umowa zlecenie)

Location: Remote within Poland

Project: Building AI-powered applications using vibe coding platforms and tools (e.g., Lovable, Supabase, n8n, Make.com) for various clients and internal initiatives under the direct mentorship of our team.

Key Technologies:

• AI: ChatGPT / standard LLM models, AI-assisted development (vibe coding)

• Vibe Coding: Lovable (or similar AI app builders)

• Automatisation: Make.com, n8n

• Backend / Data: Supabase (Postgres), basic REST APIs, JSON

• Productivity & Collaboration: GitHub, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, project management tools

(You don’t need to know all of them on day one - we’ll help you learn.)

Project Overview:

Join our Rite NRG team as a Junior AI Specialist and work closely with our team on building AI-first applications and internal tools.

We utilize vibe coding platforms and modern AI tools as a core part of our structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)  from discovery and design through implementation and testing, to deployment and iteration. You’ll learn how to plug AI into each stage of this process, not just use it ad hoc.

You’ll help turn business ideas into working MVPs using AI and vibe coding platforms, from simple automations and internal dashboards to small web apps for our clients. This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their career (e.g., a student or recent graduate) who wants to grow in the direction of AI-assisted development and automation.

You will:

• work directly with the team on real client initiatives,

• learn how to use AI (vibe coding) to speed up development,

• gradually take more ownership over small applications and workflows.

The role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.

In this role, you will:

• Work with AI models such as ChatGPT and Gemini to support development, idea generation, content creation, and problem-solving.

• Design prompts, templates, and workflows (vibe coding) that can be reused by the team and embedded into internal tools.

• Build simple automations between tools and systems (e.g., forms, spreadsheets, AI, summaries/reports).

• Document processes and solutions for the team (short guides, checklists, diagrams, or simple walkthroughs).

Additionally, you will:

• Build and maintain small tools and lightweight applications using vibe coding platforms and automation tools (e.g., Lovable, Supabase, n8n, Make.com) as part of a structured SDLC.

• Integrate external services via REST APIs (initially with support from the team and senior engineers, later more independently).

• Troubleshoot and fix simple issues in existing workflows, automations, and internal tools.

• Collaborate directly with the team and other developers, participate in technical discussions, and propose improvements or new ideas.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of commercial experience in IT/development/automation or personal projects (e.g. uni projects, side projects).

• Genuine interest in AI, automation, and modern tooling - you like to experiment with ChatGPT and similar tools.

• Basic understanding of how web apps work (frontend-backend, APIs, databases). 

• Comfort with learning and using tools such as:

  • any AI chatbot (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini etc.),

  • at least one automation platform (e.g., Make, n8n, Notion integrations, etc.).

• Ability to read and slightly modify simple code snippets (JavaScript / TypeScript / Python or similar) - even if with the help of AI.

• Proactive, curious mindset -  you like to click around, test, break things, and fix them again.

• Good communication skills and readiness to work closely with business stakeholders (starting with our team).

• Fluency in Polish and good communication in English (min. B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Student or graduate of Computer Science / IT / related fields (or strong self-taught background).

• First experience with:

  • Supabase or other BaaS/backend-as-a-service platforms,

  • n8n, Make.com or similar tools,

  • simple scripting (Google Apps Script, small Python/JS scripts).

• Portfolio of personal projects (GitHub, small apps, automations).
