The Opportunity
Join us as a Senior IT Recruiter and help build world-class engineering teams across multiple ventures—from AI-native platforms to marketplace solutions and internal SaaS products. You'll:
Run end-to-end IT recruitment for our ventures, sourcing and hiring developers, engineers, and tech specialists across Poland and internationally.
Partner with hiring managers (CTOs, Engineering Leads, PMs) to define role requirements and craft compelling candidate experiences.
Leverage modern tools like ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and our internal tech stack (Jira, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack).
Build talent pipelines for recurring technical roles—backend, frontend, DevOps, AI/ML engineers, and more.
Collaborate remotely with a multicultural team spanning Poland and Saudi Arabia, supporting hiring across multiple ventures simultaneously.
Shape our recruitment processes—your ideas for optimization, automation, and candidate experience improvements go straight into action.
Occasionally represent us at tech events, meetups, and conferences to strengthen our employer brand.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…
Have 5+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience—you know the difference between a backend and frontend developer, understand tech stacks, and can evaluate technical candidates effectively.
Are fluent with sourcing tools and techniques—LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, and emerging AI-powered recruitment tools.
Have experience with ATS platforms and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).
Communicate confidently in English (B2+)—Polish is a strong plus as many teammates and candidates are Polish.
Thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments where you juggle several roles across different ventures.
Are autonomous and proactive—you don't wait to be told what to do; you identify hiring needs and act.
Understand the startup/scale-up mindset—speed matters, but so does quality.
Are available to start within 1 month (preferred).
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for AI/ML, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
Familiarity with remote-first hiring and international talent markets.
Background in tech companies, software houses, or venture studios.
