Head of Digital Delivery

At Rhapsody, we connect creativity with technology to deliver content and design for some of the world’s most recognised brands. With offices across London, Madrid, and Warsaw, we’re a global creative production agency working at the intersection of branding, digital experiences, and design.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Digital Delivery — someone who combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of all digital projects, ensuring our creative and technical teams work seamlessly together to deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and optimise digital project delivery across web, product, and creative tech projects.

• Oversee project managers and production teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.

• Create efficient, scalable delivery processes and frameworks.

• Manage resourcing, budgets, and delivery metrics across multiple concurrent projects.

• Partner with creative, technology, and client teams to translate ideas into executable plans.

• Champion delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and team collaboration.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years’ experience in digital delivery or project management within an agency or consultancy.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong commercial awareness and operational discipline.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English C1+).

• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer).

• Familiarity with delivery tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
