Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new features and projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present demos
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to enhance system stability
• Mentor and onboard team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead
• 4+ years of backend development experience
• 4+ years working with GoLang
• 1+ years of experience with React
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis)

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology
• Experience with Node.js
