Responsibilities
Design
Participate in workshops with the specialist department to understand current processes and improve future processes.
Create and expand technical solution designs into a specialist concept in coordination with the DZ BANK ServiceNow team
Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with the DZ BANK ServiceNow team
Critically reflect on business requirements and review them in line with ServiceNow best practices and DZ BANK's architecture guidelines.
Assess technical risks (dependencies between modules) of the technical solution.
Implementation
Create and adapt complex scripts, workflows/flows and integrations (inbound and outbound).
Optimisation of existing scripts to ensure their future viability.
Execution and documentation of unit tests with synthetic data.
Creation of documentation for the implemented technical solution.
Creation of decision templates for technical implementation.
Technical advice to the business department on the use of the ServiceNow platform's functions to improve their business processes.
Supporting operations in automating deployments and performing platform upgrades.
Supporting operations in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Qualifications
Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
More than 5 years of proven experience in a technical ServiceNow role with a deep understanding of the platform architecture.
Very good programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Angular JS
Very good knowledge of ServiceNow application scopes.
Very good knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications (REST) in an enterprise environment
Good knowledge of the Next Experience UI (UI Builder) and Flow Designer.
Ability to carry out implementations independently.
Ability to solve complex technical problems through analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience working in an international environment.
ServiceNow certifications in the required modules/workflows, e.g. ITSM, Vulnerability Management, ITOM.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
Availability to meet with your team in the office once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.
