Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle 2nd-level operational tasks and incidents for Microsoft-based environments

• Support and maintain Azure services and infrastructure

• Collaborate with developers on deployments, automation, and monitoring

• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and system reliability

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation within the team

• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service continuity

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in informatics or a comparable course of study

• Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Azure and cloud operations

• Understanding of IT service operations (ticketing, incident handling, escalation)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring, etc.)

• Linux and on-premise infrastructure knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory

• Willingness to take part in on-call support

• Good English and Polish communication skills

• Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
