Mid/Senior Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with our Cloud Architects and learn how to design, implement and provision all type of infrastructures across the top-of-the-market cloud providers such as AWS and GCP.
• Be part of our international and agile team: collaborate with your teammates and colleagues to become able to address complex technical requirements and deliver high quality results and solutions.
• Develop, provision, automate: harness the power of automation to enhance the existing infrastructures and running services to ensure resiliency, redundancy and to optimize the time-consuming effort for their maintenance.
• API Development, deployment and management with Google Apigee Edge / X.
• LDAP application protocol development / maintenance.
• Build and develop your know-how and become a professional platform orchestrator administrator and maintainer: our developers rely on containerized java applications handled via Kubernetes. You will provide support to our Teams to allow them to run their workloads efficiently.
• Use a variety of cutting-edge modern open-source frameworks in your daily work such as Terraform, Quarkus, Docker, ArgoCD, GitHub Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed University studies (Bachelor or Master Degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or comparable courses of study.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud and IaC (infrastructure-as-code) technologies such as: AWS, GCP, GitHub Enterprise, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Complimentary knowledge on development and containerization tools / languages (Docker, Java, Bash, etc.)
• Be able to handle customer relationship.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Very good team player.
• Good command of English.
• Openness to a hybrid way of working. We work in the Katowice office once every week.
