Java Developer with Azure (B2B)

Responsibilities

Development and Architecture:

•  Design, develop, and deploy Java applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
•  Architect microservices-based solutions for enhanced scalability and reliability.
•  Oversee migration of legacy systems to Azure to improve efficiency.
•  Experience with Kafka is an asset

Cloud and DevOps:

•  Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for seamless integration and delivery.
•  Utilize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration.
•  Optimize Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions) for performance and cost-efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing technical challenges.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or similar and good English skills.
• 6+ years in Java development. Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kafka.
• 4+ years in designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure. Expertise in Azure services and tools (Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, and various databases.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale applications.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter.
