IT Project Analyst with German and Italian

Responsibilities

• Support project workshops and interviews with German users during the assessment phase.

• Act as a linguistic and cultural bridge between the local team and the central PLM team (German ↔ English).

• Contribute to the documentation and translation of business requirements.

• Assist in preparing training materials (slides, user guides, documentation) in German.

• Deliver end-user training sessions and support the roll-out and adoption of the PLM solution.

• Collaborate with project management and change management activities during implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fluent in German (B2/C1 level).

• Good command of English, Polish and Italian.

• Knowledge of Italian will be a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to capture, summarize, and convey complex information clearly.

• Availability for occasional travel to Germany (if required).

• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
