Responsibilities
As an Identity and Access Management Consultant, you support our clients in the strategic further development of their IAM landscapes, ensuring sustainable and future-proof solutions.
You analyze business processes, translate business requirements into tailored technical concepts, and ensure successful implementation in complex project environments.
Acting as a central interface between business units, IT, and delivery teams, you maintain an overview of complex interrelationships and ensure smooth communication.
With your expertise in the (C)IAM field and your sense for process and business analysis, you support the development of modern, secure, and scalable architectures.
In addition, you take on responsibility within the project environment and contribute valuable input to the ongoing development of our consulting services.

Qualifications
A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Relevant experience in Identity & Access Management or related IT security domains.
Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Ping Access Manager, Ping Identity Gateway, Ping Neo (formerly Forgerock), or comparable solutions.
Solid knowledge of authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OIDC) and their integration into enterprise environments.
Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Ping DS) and a strong understanding of role and rights concepts in cloud and on-prem architectures.
Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and experience in requirements management and team coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus.
