Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master with German (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Guide and support development teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and German-speaking stakeholders

• You will collaborate with the Management to define budget, effort and staffing

• You will need to manage the change request lifecycle

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks 

• Ability to interface with the technical team and the business

• Experience working with distributed, international teams

• Excellent communication skills in English, Polish and German

• Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter.
