Data Analyst

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you transform data into actionable insights through analysis and visualization. You support business users by delivering transparent, reliable, and decision-ready analytics. 

• Create dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Prepare, validate, and analyze data from data platforms. 

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 

• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.

• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month. 

• Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon. 

• Strong SQL skills.

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) 

• Understanding of data modeling and analytical concepts. 

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Nice to have: Python or R for data analysis and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
