Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for a new business unit in COMWRAP REPLY, working closely with our management team in Germany and the local service departments of Reply Polska.
• Leverage your own expertise to actively contribute to client projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables while guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
• Take ownership of project timelines and outcomes, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and grow a talented team by driving the recruitment and onboarding of Developers and Consultants for projects within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Act as a local manager and mentor for your team in Katowice, ensuring clear assignments, well-defined roles and responsibilities, and continuous development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying challenges, obstacles, and opportunities, and collaborating with the team to develop high-impact solutions.
• Oversee regular reporting and controlling tasks, ensuring transparent communication of project progress, team performance, and financial metrics to stakeholders.
• Promote a positive and supportive team culture that celebrates success, recognizes achievements, and encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive practical experience as a Developer or Consultant in complex Adobe Experience and/or Commerce projects. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Multiple years of experience in project team management and delivery management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Results-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of commercial KPIs and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English and Polish; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
