AI Specialist – GenAI &Agentic Systems (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic architectures (single & multi-agent) using Python and agentic frameworks (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain).

• Build RAG pipelines and tool-calling workflows, applying retrieval services such as Azure AI Search and Amazon OpenSearch.

• Deploy GenAI and agentic solutions in enterprise cloud environments on AWS and Azure.

• Integrate agents with business systems via REST APIs; manage versions and delivery with Git and CI/CD.

• Ensure quality, reliability, and observability of solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• We are looking forward to your completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a similar qualification.

• Proven hands-on experience building agentic GenAI systems in production.

• Experience implementing RAG pipelines.

• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks: AutoGen and LangChain/LangGraph.

• Hands-on usage of Azure services: Azure OpenAI Service; Azure Functions or Azure API Management; Entra ID (authentication/RBAC).

• Hands-on usage of AWS services: Amazon Bedrock (models, Agents or Knowledge Bases); AWS Lambda; AWS IAM.

• Experience deploying GenAI solutions with enterprise constraints: security & access control; scalability & monitoring; API-based integration with existing systems.

• Ability to communicate in English and Polish, as well as analytical skills round off your profile.

• Availability to work in a hybrid mode with at least 1 visit in the office per month.
