Team Lead Java + React

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Development Lead with strong skills in Java and React.js. You will design, build, and manage scalable web applications. This job requires both leadership and technical skills, as well as experience working in an Agile team. You will guide developers, review their work, and make sure the team delivers high-quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Strategy:

  • Define and apply best practices for scalable, high-performance applications.

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.

  • Work closely with product owners, designers, and DevOps to align business and technical goals.

• Full Stack Development:

  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

  • Ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end parts, focusing on performance and security.

• System Architecture & Optimization:

  • Design microservices architectures that are modular and scalable.

  • Improve database performance using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

  • Follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

• CI/CD & Deployment:

  • Use Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to manage and optimize infrastructure.

• Agile Collaboration:

  • Take part in Agile/Scrum meetings, planning, and retrospectives.

  • Turn business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Encourage process improvements and strong coding standards within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Front-End

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with UI frameworks such as Material-UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.

Back-End

• Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and REST APIs.

• Skilled in microservices architecture and secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

DevOps & Cloud

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.

Leadership & Agile Practices

• Proven experience leading development teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile methods and DevOps culture.

• Experience with code reviews and improving development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java + React.js).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Soft Skills
