Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead with strong skills in React and Node.js. You should have at least 7 years of experience in web development and at least 2 years leading a team. You will guide a group of developers, work on both front-end and back-end projects, and help build and deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of developers, review code, share knowledge, and help them grow.

• Front-End Development: Build user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Back-End Development: Create reliable and scalable server-side apps and RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.

• Integration: Work with database engineers to design good database structures and manage data with MongoDB or SQL databases.

• Application Architecture: Design and build systems and microservices that fit business needs and follow best practices.

• Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, fix bugs, and improve performance.

• Deployment: Manage updates using CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers.

• Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-focused solutions.

• Maintenance: Check app performance, solve problems, and make improvements.

• Documentation: Write and maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and architecture.

Requirements

Front-End

• Strong experience with React.js, Redux, React Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiar with tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

Back-End

• Good skills in Node.js and Express.js.

• Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST or GraphQL).

• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and other authentication systems.

Database

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Additional Skills

• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience using Git and working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node.js.

• 2+ years in a team lead or senior developer role.

• Experience deploying and maintaining apps in production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field (preferred).

Soft Skills

• Able to handle several projects at once and assign tasks effectively.
