Your Impact

Launching an iOS app was a major milestone for Kanary, helping us protect 20,000+ members, secure VC funding (YC, 2048), and achieve profitability. Now, we’re doubling down on improving and expanding our iOS offering. We need a talented iOS developer to help us ship high-impact features and ensure a top-tier user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Architecture & Setup: Establish a scalable project structure, refine our MVVM implementation, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Core Implementation: Develop secure storage, improve networking (Django API integration), and build reusable UI components.
• Performance & Security: Optimize app performance, ensure secure data handling, and implement best practices for privacy.
• Collaboration: Engage in architecture discussions, code reviews, and contribute to internal documentation on best practices.

What You Bring

• 3+ shipped iOS apps with strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, dependency injection, Combine, and secure data storage.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups and deep knowledge of modern iOS development standards.
• Bonus: Experience with privacy/security apps or Android-to-iOS porting.
