What You’ll Do

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems in Go.

• Build robust APIs and distributed services used by portfolio managers, analysts, and data engineers.

• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy secure, reliable applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

• Improve system observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting.

• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews, contributing to team-wide engineering best practices.

• Continuously optimize for performance, cost-efficiency, and fault tolerance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong proficiency in Go (Golang).

• Solid understanding of concurrency, networking, and system design in distributed systems.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases, and comfortable writing production-grade database queries.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment practices.

• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.

• Proactive and independent problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, trading platforms, or data-intensive systems.

• Familiarity with Terraform, Kafka, or gRPC.

• Contributions to open-source Go projects or experience mentoring junior developers.
