About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Frontend Systems Engineer to join our Services team. This role reports to the Manager of Solutions Engineering and is a hybrid position based in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you will help improve and scale our frontend systems used in Professional Services projects. You will design reusable UI systems, create AI-supported workflows, and define frontend standards. Your work will help teams deliver projects faster, keep the quality consistent, and make the systems easier to maintain in the long term.

You will stay hands-on with development while creating shared frameworks, defining reusable patterns, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys system thinking, taking ownership, and collaborating with different teams such as Product, Core Engineering, and Professional Services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with modern frontend architecture, design systems, reusable component libraries, and AI-supported development. Attention to accessibility and validation is also important.

What You Will Do

Build AI-Supported Frontend Systems

• Design and maintain reusable UI templates, theme systems, and frontend tools used in customer projects.

• Create internal tools and workflows that support AI-assisted development, testing, and documentation.

• Make sure AI-generated code follows standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

• Define validation rules for AI-supported development, such as accessibility checks, responsive layouts, and performance limits.

• Reduce repeated customization work by creating reusable frontend patterns.

• Work directly on complex UI implementations when needed.

Improve Scalable Customization

• Find common frontend challenges across projects and turn them into reusable solutions.

• Suggest architectural improvements that reduce customization work and increase reuse.

• Work with Product Engineering to highlight scalable customization needs based on real project experience.

• Turn delivery challenges into clear technical proposals supported by data such as development effort, reuse frequency, or bug trends.

Define Frontend Standards

• Create and document frontend best practices for the Professional Services team.

• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), performance, and maintainability remain standard requirements.

• Mentor engineers in responsible AI usage and scalable frontend design.

• Encourage reusable systems instead of one-time implementations.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 years of experience building frontend systems for production.

• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).

• Experience building or maintaining a shared component library or design system.

• Experience connecting frontend applications with APIs and SaaS platforms.

• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude, with strong validation practices.

• Ability to work independently on several initiatives at the same time.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Professional Services or agency environments.

• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.

• Experience improving frontend performance at scale.

• Experience with LMS, community platforms, CRM systems, or SaaS ecosystems.
