React Team Leader

Please note - hybrid from Warsaw (3 days from the office, 2 remotely).

Role Overview:We're looking for a React Team Leader to guide a team of frontend developers in building high-quality, scalable web apps. You'll lead by example in coding, architecture, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor React developers

• Architect and develop frontend features using React.js

• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

• Collaborate with designers, backend, and product teams

• Drive performance, testing, and continuous delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years in frontend development (React.js)

• Team or project leadership experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and state management tools

• Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, and responsive design

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript, cloud exposure (AWS/Azure), fintech experience
