QA Analyst

Please note - this is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working from our office in Warsaw.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who cares deeply about software quality. As part of our PaaS Customer Delivery team in Warsaw, you will play an important role in making sure our platform is reliable and ready for customers.

You will not only test software, but also help find problems early, improve quality processes, and make sure new features meet high standards before release. You will work closely with engineers, product delivery managers, and business analysts to deliver stable and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create and run functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests

• Work with engineers and analysts to review requirements and define test criteria

• Find, report, and track bugs, and clearly communicate risks

• Keep test documentation up to date and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Help build and maintain automated tests when needed

• Support improvements in QA processes, tools, and reporting

• Promote quality at every stage of the development process

Requirements

Required:

• 2–4 years of experience in QA or software testing

• Good understanding of QA methods, test planning, and execution

• Experience working in Agile teams with different roles

• Experience using tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger

• Basic knowledge of test automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright

• Understanding of platform or multi-tenant application testing

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field
