Python Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Customer Communities team. You will work on backend services and help us move from a monolithic system to cloud-native services on AWS.

This role is for someone who enjoys hands-on coding, modern tools, and taking real ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve backend services in Python (and some PHP).

• Help design, develop, and test scalable AWS-based systems.Work with Product and Frontend teams to create new features.

• Write clean, tested, and reliable code.

• Take part in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge sharing.

Tech Stack

• Languages: Python (main), PHP (legacy), JavaScript/TypeScript

• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)

• CI/CD: Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Actions

• Testing: automated, developer-owned

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of backend engineering experience.

• Strong Python skills and AWS knowledge (Lambda, API Gateway).

• Experience with CI/CD and production deployments.

• Understanding of testing and writing reliable code.

• Good English communication skills.
