Product Manager (Fintech Experience Required)

Location: Poland

Mode: Hybrid, 3 days from our office in Warsaw (center), 2 remotely

Fintech experience is a must.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Poland. We build smart software that connects businesses with their investors. With over 200 team members worldwide, we help companies succeed in the digital world.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the Product: Help shape and grow the roadmap for our fintech software. Manage the full product life cycle—from idea to launch.
2. Work Together: Collaborate with teams like engineering, design, QA, and marketing to make sure we deliver great products.
3. Manage Projects: Use Agile methods to improve how we work and ensure timely delivery.
4. Understand the Market: Research user needs and trends. Use data to guide product decisions.

What You Need

1. 3+ years in product management in startups
2. At least 1 year of experience in fintech or finance products (required)
3. Experience leading roadmaps and delivering results
4. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills
6. Analytical mindset and clear decision-making
7. Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
