We are a digital agency and app developer looking for a Lead Elixir Developer to join our custom products team. You will lead a remote team, organize projects from business requirements, and ensure high-quality development.

This role is 80/20 ration coding/managing and meeting with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex features
• Plan development from requirements and wireframes
• Assign tasks to developers and ensure timely, quality delivery
• Communicate with project managers and business analysts
• Use existing code effectively to plan development
• Develop and use code libraries for team projects
• Maintain JIRA documentation
• Ensure security of personal equipment
• Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements
• Work with other team members on large projects
• Track time spent on tasks
• Write clear and well-documented code

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of programming experience
• Quick learner and self-teacher
• Team player
• Expert in HTML DOM, CSS, and JavaScript
• Mastery of Elixir stack:
• Elixir Live View
• Data structures
• PostgreSQL/Ecto
• Absinthe
• Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs
• Proficient in Git and code repositories
• Fluent in written and spoken English
