We use AI agents, low-code platforms, and SaaS tools to build fast and effective solutions. Our clients fully own the software, without technical debt or long-term dependence on us.

We are both consultants and software developers. We do more than build what clients ask for. We take time to understand their business and find better ways to help them work.

✏️ Your Responsibilities

• Become an independent and trusted member of the team.

• Develop strong expertise in your work.

• Build and support backend services using Node.js for content migration.

• Create data transformation layers to move content from old CMS platforms to the Arc XP format.

• Find and fix data problems between source and target systems.

• Develop reusable React components based on Arc design guidelines.

• Improve frontend performance and keep the code clean and well organized.

• Make sure applications are accessible and work well on different devices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• At least 3 years of experience with Node.js.

• At least 3 years of experience with React.

• Experience improving website performance, accessibility, and web analytics.

• Good knowledge of REST APIs.

• Experience with Redis (caching, pub/sub, and queues).

• Basic knowledge of Docker and containers.

• English at B2 level or higher.

• Ability to understand existing code quickly.

• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

• Good understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.

🧩 Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS platforms such as Directus or Strapi.

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Piano.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Experience migrating data between CMS platforms or databases.

• Experience improving the performance of content-rich websites.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Experience with custom React-based frameworks.

Backend: Xano (low-code backend platform), NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, TRPC

Frontend: Next.js and custom React applications.

🤝 Hiring Process

• A 1-hour interview with HR, including a technical pre-screening in English. Your answers will be recorded and shared with our technical team for review.

• A 1.5-hour technical interview.

• A 30-minute interview with the CTO.
