About the Role
Join us as a Business Analyst on our dynamic PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw, where you'll play a critical role in shaping how enterprise clients succeed with our platform. If you're energized by solving complex problems and turning customer needs into clear, buildable solutions, this role is for you.
You'll collaborate with clients, product delivery managers, and engineers to capture business goals and translate them into precise technical requirements that drive delivery. This is your chance to sit at the center of platform customization, ensuring every build is aligned, impactful, and ready for execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision.
Work with product and technical teams to ensure feasibility and correct interpretation of business needs.
Maintain and refine product backlogs in collaboration with Product Delivery Managers.
Track and manage requirement changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and delivery playbooks.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or platform implementation environment.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Experience working directly with engineering or product development teams.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred
Exposure to technical concepts like APIs, data modeling, or integrations.
Experience in customer-facing roles or software delivery consulting.
Understanding of B2B enterprise workflows or configurable platforms.
