  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, backend, DevOps, and platform teams to build cohesive, seamless user experiences and shared workflows.

  • Establish and enforce frontend best practices including testing, observability, accessibility (WCAG), and maintainability.

  • Mentor engineers across teams, contribute to architecture reviews, and champion technical excellence across the frontend discipline.

  • Support innovation by exploring AI-enhanced UI/UX capabilities, including intelligent behaviors, personalization, and generative interfaces.

  • Influence long-term technical strategy and guide key architectural decisions with platform-wide impact.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of leading complex architectural efforts.

  • Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks, especially React (including hooks, context, performance optimization).

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, modern CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM, CSS-in-JS), and preprocessors like SASS/LESS.

  • In-depth experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Recoil, Zustand) and building modular, component-based architectures.

  • Proven experience in Micro Frontend design, component federation, and integration patterns at scale.

  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, async/await, Promises, and mock-based development.

  • Strong testing mindset and hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and Playwright.

  • Strong background in performance optimization, frontend caching strategies, asset delivery via CDN, and responsive design.

  • Deep understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and techniques to ensure inclusive UI.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, component versioning, and automated testing in a modern DevOps environment.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience delivering production SaaS solutions on Azure or other cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced UIs, such as chatbots, recommendation engines, or adaptive layouts.

  • Background working with backend technologies (.NET, Node.js, Python) for cross-functional alignment.

  • Experience with Linux environments, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices integration.

  • Understanding of NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) and real-time data streams.

  • Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to bridge technical execution with design intent.

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered frontend capabilities such as generative layouts, NLP-assisted interactions, or vision-based UI augmentation.
