About Transform Review The Transform Review organization is responsible for building Relativity’s most advanced AI-powered review solutions, including aiR for Review, aiR for Privilege, and Review Center. Our mission is to streamline and automate the document review workflow — turning litigation professionals into efficiency leaders through intuitive, intelligent, and defensible AI tools. You’ll be joining a global team of engineers, product managers, applied scientists, and UX professionals who are passionate about solving complex problems at scale. The Kraków-based teams play a critical role in this mission, contributing to both foundational platform capabilities and customer-facing AI features. Collaboration is core to how we work — across time zones and disciplines — with strong partnerships between engineering, applied science, product, and design. About the Role As a Senior Manager of AI Engineering in the Transform Review organization, you will lead engineering teams in Kraków responsible for building and scaling Relativity’s flagship AI products — aiR for Review and aiR for Privilege. These products leverage generative AI and proprietary technologies to help legal professionals review documents faster, more accurately, and with greater transparency. You will be accountable for delivering high-impact features, fostering a strong engineering culture, and ensuring operational excellence across your teams. This role requires close collaboration with global counterparts in Product Management, User Experience, Applied Science, and other engineering teams to ensure our AI solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Relativity’s AI Principles. The Senior Manager of AI Engineering excels at building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. You’ll be responsible for setting direction, developing talent, and ensuring your teams are aligned with the Transform Review mission and vision.

The Senior Manager is responsible for building and leading multiple effective teams, defining strategic direction, contributing to the product roadmap, and ensuring accountability. They must manage the professional development of their reports and ensure operational excellence by implementing policies and efficient resource utilization. Additionally, they should stay updated on technological trends and serve as an advisor on innovative solutions.
Build High Performing Teams
Build and lead multiple, highly effective teams of software engineers.
Manage the professional development of Engineering Managers and their teams.
Work collaboratively to identify and develop talents within the team.
Maintain responsibility for the strategic vision and long-term goals of your teams.
Make Effective Decisions
Contribute to the product roadmap and bring purpose to the team and their backlog.
Scope and drive features and products, communicating updates.
Deliver results within time and scope, while providing regular reporting.
Maintain accountability for features and products owned.
Develop deep software product knowledge within the area of ownership.
Display an ownership mindset; be accountable beyond the features developed.
Work with leaders across the globe, including United States and Poland.
Align Goals with Strategy
Use independent judgment to develop strategic vision within multiple feature sets or domains.
Stay on top of the latest technological progress to ensure marketable and competitive products.
Serve as a technology advisor on software technology trends and novel solutions.
Exercise significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Be innovative and think beyond the when crafting solutions and considering impact.
Ensure Operational Excellence
Implement operational policies and directives.
Validate resource utilization to assure efficient deployment of team members.
Tackle significant and unique issues requiring analysis of intangibles and provide direction.
Your Skills:
Seven or more years of experience managing software product development teams.
One or more years managing managers with a track record of scaling operational excellence.
Excellent knowledge of software engineering discipline, including the latest programming languages, data engineering best practices, hands-on architecture high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems, data structures and algorithms, operating systems, distributed database modeling and access languages and cloud environments such as SaaS.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
325 000 and 487 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
