Job Description and Requirements
About the Role As a Software Engineering Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers – the team runs a key component that takes data from clients and delivers to cloud workspace.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the product features your team owns.
Have decision-making autonomy regarding your team’s operations and objectives.
Receive mentorship and coaching from leadership to support your success.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Own the delivery and operational excellence of the Import/Export backend used by all customers.
Partner with architects and technical leads to design and deliver fault-tolerant, observable, and scalable cloud systems.
Drive Agile best practices and measurable improvements in delivery speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Manage hiring, performance, and career growth for team members.
Contribute hands-on to technical design when needed to unblock or guide the team.
Define and execute a strategic vision for your team’s domain aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
Required:
2+ years managing software development teams
8+ years of experience in commercial-grade software development
Strong technical background in:
– Cloud software development (any; we’re on Azure, dotnet stack) – Practical observability (any; New Relic, Grafana) – Fault-tolerant distributed systems
Proven ability to deliver results and inspire continuous improvement
Resilient, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Preferred:
Experience with software migration to the cloud
Experience with GitHub Actions, Pulumi, or other automation tools
Experience leading remote or distributed teams

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
252 000 and 378 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
