What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Leverage AI Tools: Integrate AI-driven tools into our frontend development processes to optimize UI design, code generation, testing, and deployment.
• Architect Frontend Solutions: Design scalable, efficient frontend architectures leveraging AI-assisted tools for performance and reliability.
• Code with Excellence: Write and review high-quality, maintainable code, ensuring best practices are followed.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive Experience: 7+ years in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI-driven tools for frontend development, including AI-assisted design, code generation, and automated testing.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Architecture & Performance: Experience designing microfrontends, modular UI architectures, and optimizing web performance.
• State Management & API Integration: Familiarity with Redux, Recoil, Zustand, and experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Accessibility & Design Systems: Strong understanding of WCAG standards and experience working with design systems like Material UI, Bootstrap, or custom-built libraries.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage projects, and drive technical initiatives.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for delivering innovative solutions.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying frontend applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and working with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI-Driven UI/UX: Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted user interactions, chatbots, recommendation systems, or generative design tools into frontend workflows.
• Backend Familiarity: Understanding of backend technologies (.Net, Node.js, Python) to facilitate seamless collaboration with backend teams.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

232 000 and 348 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
