Job Overview
Relativity is seeking an Associate User Experience (UX) to help design simply powerful experiences for all our product offerings, including RelativityOne (our SaaS). This role reports to a Product Design Manager and will collaborate primarily with (but not limited to) Product Design, User Research, User Experience Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing and Documentation teams. We are looking for a highly motivated user advocate with a portfolio full of examples of applying your knowledge and ingenuity to solve software and workflow problems. You understand and can use the design thinking process across a wide range of tasks and projects, turning constraints and feedback into solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative and user-friendly products. You will have the opportunity to explore and contribute to different disciplines within UX based on your interests.
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams throughout the product development process, from discovery through to implementation and continuous product improvement.
Participate in user and stakeholder research to develop a deep understanding of our clients and users, as well as how they do and could utilize our product.
Synthesize user feedback, product analytics, and business requirements in order to develop and explore impactful ideas and product solutions.
Coordinate with engineering teams to provide them with detailed designs and requirements and assist in their implementation and validation via Agile methodologies.
Participate in the internal development of our design system, as well as evangelize and help coordinate its adoption across our company.
Participate in and support product design and user research activities.
Depending on your interest you will assist in the design, research, or ux engineering of product and features.
Participate in critiques with other UX team members, project stakeholders, and decision makers to apply to projects, group and company initiatives.
Collaborate on projects with cross-functional team members, iterating on options to find and deliver the best solutions.
Own and participate in design ops projects to further design team best practices and tool
Preferred qualifications:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong portfolio of product and UX work and case studies
Some experience using and contributing towards a Design System
Some experience with Agile development
Familiarity with Figma or similar interface design tools
Interest and willingness to learn about AI related technologies
Interest and willingness to learn about product analytics and data-driven design Bachelor's degree in design, UX, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
131 000 and 197 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
