Your Role in Action:

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Drive AI-powered development processes, integrating tools for intelligent code generation, testing, and UI optimization.
• Architect and implement modern, scalable, and modular frontend solutions, leveraging microfrontend patterns where applicable.
• Optimize frontend performance through AI-assisted analytics, predictive caching, and automated profiling.
• Advocate for best practices in accessibility, design systems, and UI performance optimization.
• Collaborate with backend and cloud engineering teams to develop efficient API interactions, leveraging AI-based API integration optimizations.
• Identify and reduce technical debt while maintaining high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Guide the team in leveraging AI-driven testing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress with intelligent test automation.
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies, influencing the product roadmap with AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of frontend development tools and frameworks that improve efficiency, maintainability, and developer experience.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring frontend engineering teams in an agile development environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Expertise in frontend architecture, including microfrontends, modular UI design, and performance optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools and automation frameworks for frontend development.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, pre-processors (SASS, LESS), and UI component libraries such as Material UI or Bootstrap.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand) and API integrations (REST, GraphQL).
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and tree shaking.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and how to build inclusive web applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and technical direction across teams.

We’d Particularly Love It If You Have:

• Experience deploying AI-enhanced frontend solutions in production SaaS applications on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (.Net, Node.js, Python) for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of AI-driven UI personalization, generative design tools, and predictive user interactions.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless frontend deployment strategies.
• Strong UI/UX sensibilities and experience working closely with designers on AI-assisted design workflows.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

252 000 and 378 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
