What you’ll do:

We are searching for an expert supporting the Business Consulting team in various projects conducted with financial regulators from around the world in areas of data reporting and data modelling. As a Business Consultant, you will have an opportunity to learn about the most current developments affecting the financial markets and translate them into actual SupTech and RegTech solutions connecting the business and IT worlds. By creating robust data models used by reporting entities and aiding financial regulators adapting them into their supervisory processes, you will help to shape the actual framework for their activities and be able to leave a mark in setting the requirements for the biggest market participants. A high level of financial literacy is essential to properly understand, translat,e and even to some extent influence the possible structure of reporting solutions prepared by regulators.

Your key accountabilities are:

• Developing and analysing data models created for financial sector entities, used in regulatory reporting processes

• consulting with the client proposals and recommendations for solving project’s obstacles, considering the needs of the client

• Developing business documentation for reporting solutions

• Creation of various reports and analyses of legal acts, reporting obligations and other topics regarding regulatory reporting aiding our clients in their internal decision-making processes 

Why we should decide on you:

• 3+ years of experience working for an insurance company or an institution providing services to financial sector companies in a field related to financial markets

• Good understanding of capital markets or either insurance or banking industries

• Fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree in economics/finance/accounting/law, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
