Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager for a fixed-term position (approximately one year, at least until the end of 2026). In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development team, other internal teams, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• managing projects and tasks, including setting priorities and addressing risks,

• monitoring progress, measurable results, and key aspects of projects, and reporting them to teams and clients,

• running regular team meetings and events,

• gathering and clarifying feature requirements,

• ensuring the quality of delivered tasks,

• supporting the smooth flow of information between teams,

• documenting project activities and decisions,

• proposing and implementing corrective actions to improve project flow using modern methods and tools,

• maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant has:

• availability to start work no later than December 1, 2025,

• at least 2 years of relevant experience,

• experience working on IT projects (minimum 1 year) — ideally in a product / software development environment,

• project and process management skills,

• very good organizational skills,

• excellent communication skills - in English (used both for client communication and internal documentation/Jira) and in Polish (for team collaboration),

• ability to work under pressure,

• drive to keep learning and openness to new challenges,

• goal-oriented and positive attitude,

• operational knowledge of Jira - nice to have.
