Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver digital solutions. You will take active part in, as well as coordinate the process of, gathering requirements from our clients and potential clients, oversee the progress of projects at a cross-team level and ensure clear communication between clients and all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• gathering client needs and handing them over to applicable teams

• supporting gathering briefs and requirements from clients about their requests

• monitoring progress, work results and key aspects of projects in a measurable manner and reporting them across the teams and to clients

• facilitating meetings and regular syncs with our clients

• supporting teams with setting and implementing new processes

• proposing corrective actions to improve the project flow using modern methods and tools

• maintaining good relations with all parties involved in the project

• taking care of the quality of the tasks performed

• support the smooth flow of information between teams

• documenting the projects

• day-to-day communication with our clients

The Successful Applicant has:

• at least 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as a Project Manager

• experience working on IT projects (minimum 1 year) — ideally in a product / software development environment

• excellent communication skills - in English (used both for client communication and internal documentation/Jira) and in Polish (for team collaboration)

• ability to manage client relationships with both professionalism and assertiveness, ensuring expectations are clearly set and maintained

• project and process management skills

• very good organizational skills

• drive to keep learning and openness to new challenges

• ability to work under pressure

• goal-oriented and positive attitude

• operational knowledge of Jira - nice to have
