Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer to help us scale our innovative Oracle solutions. You will be responsible for building data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines, contributing to protocol design, and managing blockchain node deployments and monitoring. We are a results-driven team of 25 top-tier professionals with a blend of experience from traditional tech giants like Google and cutting-edge blockchain projects such as OpenZeppelin. The Tech Team at RedStone features senior engineers with 8+ years of experience in blockchain and high-throughput distributed systems, including PhDs specializing in Computer Science, Cryptography, and Mathematics.

🤖 Current Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: Typescript / Node.js, Golang, RUST
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (Cloudfront, EC2, ECS, Lambda, Cloudwatch Logs, Cloudwatch Metrics), GCP, Docker, Terraform
• Databases & Tools: MongoDB, InfluxDb / Grafana
• Blockchain: Solidity, RUST, Yul

💼 Responsibilities

• Implement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines
• Participate in protocol design and optimization processes
• Deploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliability

✅ Expectations

• General software development experience of 5+ years
• Knowledge of multi-layer web architecture patterns and various network architectures
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Proven coding ability with a focus on writing readable and efficient software
• High attention to detail and diligence in all tasks

• Practical experience of building distributed systems
• Background in blockchain technologies and protocols, especially within DeFi
• Hands-on experience running blockchain nodes and modular blockchain architecture (e.g., sidechains, rollups)
