Role Overview

Overview: We are supporting a client building enterprise-grade AI agents integrated with SAP platforms to improve diagnostics, automation, and service delivery. The role combines AI/LLM engineering, cloud deployment, and strong SAP technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and MCP

• Build AI experience layers using CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or similar

• Deploy and scale AI solutions on AWS or Azure

• Develop MCP-based integrations and AI tooling

• Design SAP integrations using OData, Function Modules, and CDS views

• Work closely with SAP Basis and functional teams

• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow and ticketing platforms

• Support managed services automation and diagnostics

Required Skills

• Strong AI/LLM and agentic framework experience

• Experience with MCP architectures

• Cloud deployment on AWS or Azure

• SAP technical development (OData, CDS, Function Modules)

• ABAP ADT, RAP, OData V4 APIs

• SAP data models and structures

• Knowledge of SAP Basis and managed services environments

• Experience integrating with ServiceNow

Preferred

• SAP Managed Services AI solutions

• AI-driven diagnostics/monitoring

• Secure AI deployment and governance

• Agile/DevOps delivery
