Hi everyone, RED Global is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect based in Poland for one of our international consulting partners.

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Poland

Full Time or Contract

English Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds

• Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements

• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams and review technical deliverables

• Drive best practices in system integration, security, and data management

• Oversee custom development including Apex, Lightning components, and integrations

• Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform architecture

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products

• Strong understanding of data modeling and system design principles

• Excellent English communication skills
